  • Our facility is meticulously optimized for the blending and packaging of industrial chemicals, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency
  • Equipped with the latest technology, our automated lines fill, cap, and label a diverse range of packaging sizes. This includes everything from 10-liter pails to 1,000-liter IBCs and even tank trucks, showcasing our versatility.
  • Our array of blending tanks includes a 10 m³ tank constructed from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFP), ideal for specific chemical processes.
  • We have five 10 m³ and one 25 m³ blending tanks, all made from high-quality stainless steel 316L, ensuring durability and contamination-free blending.
  • Our facility is equipped to blend low flashpoint solvents (ATEX) in our 5m³ mixing tank.
  • We seamlessly handle powder dissolving from big bags, showcasing our flexibility in handling various chemical forms.
  • Our process capabilities include handling alkalis, acids, and solvents with viscosities up to 1000 mPa, across ADR classes 3, 6.1, 8, and 9, reflecting our comprehensive chemical processing range
  • We cater to diverse needs with our flexible batch sizes, starting from a minimum of 1,000 liters to a maximum capacity of 25,000 liters. This flexibility allows us to meet both small-scale and large-scale production demands efficiently.

Located in the Port of Rotterdam, our blending facility is modern and efficient. It has a significant production capacity of 40,000 mt/year, making it one of the largest and most technologically advanced facilities in The Netherlands.
